This
holiday-complex Amparo was constructed in 2004 and is a
very nice holiday-complex on the villa-area Doña Pepa II -
Ciudad Quesada. The duplex-house we offer, has beautiful
views over the special designed pool and landscaped garden.
Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, banks, 4* Spa hotel (La
Laguna) are within walking
distance. This is the place to enjoy the sun and silence.
Bedrooms: The master
bedroom is provided with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and
has access to the outside balcony.
The second bedroom is provided with 2 twin beds, built-in
wardrobes, and has access to the outside balcony.
Bathrooms: Spacious bathroom with a corner bath, toilet,
and bathroom unit. Downstairs is another bathroom with a toilet, shower
and sink.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric
cooker, cooker hood, fridge/freezer, automatic coffe maker, toaster,
deep fryer, lemon squeezer, kettle, etc...
Living room: Is very well
furnished with beautiful furniture, table with 6 chairs, 2
seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa, SAT TV, DVD, Hi-Fi.
Storage: Washing machine, electric boiler (warm/cold),
garden furniture, sun-beds, etc...
Terrace and pool: There is a
covered terrace on the front side of the house, (5x2m) from where you can
enjoy the view over special designed pool and nice landscaped garden. The other two terraces are
on the first floor and are not covered.
Parking: The car can be parked on the
street just before the holiday-complex.
Electricity, water, towels, sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
