warmth in the winter but to be opened up in summer to enjoy the
sea breeze….. in the utility room on the roof you will find the
garden and terrace furniture and a terrace tent for shade.
Inside you will find a cosy decoration, Mediterranean style but
modern and comfortable. Both the bedrooms are air conditioned.
There is satellite TV with German programs as well as all the
British programs. In the kitchen you will find everything you
need, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge
freezer.
The large communal pool and the spacious garden offer a lot of
green, play area and cooling off in the warm summers. In a word:
a wonderful holiday in a comfortable apartment.
Parking: The car can be parked within the
parking-area of the complex.
