The holiday-complex Picasso is situated in a nice quiet
urbanisation
in Benijófar. The holiday-complex is surrounded by orange groves and agricultural land.
Here you will find silence around a nice pool (three levels, one
for children), within a landscaped garden with a lot of green
which increases the exotic feeling.
The duplex-house that we offer, has everything you need to spend
a wonderfull holiday with your family (read the discription &
see the pictures, below).
The very lively centre of Ciudad Quesada with many
restaurants, bars,
supermarkets, shops, banks
is at 1 km distance from the villa.
The waterpark of Ciudad quesada is 5 km, and the waterpark
from Torrevieja is 14 km distance of the holiday-complex.
Bedrooms:
The master
bedroom is provided with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and
has access to the outside balcony.
The second bedroom is provided with 2 twin beds, built-in
wardrobes, and has access to the outside balcony.
The third bedroom has a
sofa-bed. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Bathrooms: Upstairs there is a spacious bathroom with a
corner-bath, toilet, bidet, unit with built-in sink. Downstairs is
another toilet with shower and sink.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer,
oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, enough
cuterlery, etc...
Living room: Very cosy interior,
one 2 seater and a 3 seater-sofa , table and
chairs, wall cabinet SAT
TV, Hi-Fi, air-conditioning/heating.
Balconies: Covered terrace
5x2m at the front-side of the villa. Access to the other two
upstairs balconies through the bedrooms.
Storage: Hot water boiler,
washing-machine, garden furniture, BBQ.
Pool & garden: Large communal pool and for the children a
smaller one, surrounded with a nice landscaped garden of palmtrees.
Parking: The car can be parked on the
street just before the villa.
Security:
Alarm-system connected with a security-central.
Electricity, water, towels, sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
