The holiday-complex Primavera is very large spacious complex is situated on the Doña Pepa
I urbanisation within walking distance of
restaurants, bars,
supermarkets, shops, banks, 4* Spa hotel (La Laguna).

- The local water-park from Ciudad Quesada is 4 km (5 min drive),

from the villa.
Bedrooms: The master
bedroom is provided with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and
has access to the outside balcony.
The second bedroom is provided with 2 twin beds, built-in
wardrobes, and has access to the outside balcony.
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Bathrooms: Provided with a
bath/shower, toilet, sink downstairs you have access to another toilet and sink.
Kitchen: Well equipped with electric hob,
extractor, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster
etc...
Living-room: Spacious with dining-table and chairs
and a cosy settee, Sat TV (Canal digital).
Pool and Garden: A special
designed big pool and an extra smaller pool for the children,
set in the in the middle of a landscaped garden with a
lot of palm-trees. From the covered terrace you have a nice view over all
of this and still keep an eye on your playing children. Garden
furniture, sun beds available.
Storage: washing machine,
hot water boiler are in a separate area on the
roof-terrace.
Parking: The car can be parked on the
street just before the villa or on the driveway.
Electricity, water, towels, sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
