drive), and the one in Torrevieja 14 km (10-15 min drive).

from the villa.

master bedroom is provided with a double bed, built-in
wardrobes.The second bedroom is provided with a double bed and
the thrird bedroom has 2 twin
beds,both upstairs rooms have built-in wardrobes and access to the outside
balcony.
All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Bathrooms: Up-stairs is a
spacious bathroom with a corner-bath, toilet, unit with built-in
sink, downstairs is another toilet, sink and shower.
Kitchen: Fully equipped
kitchen, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker,
electric kettle, enough cutlery, etc...
Living room: Very cosy
interior, 2 sofas, table and chairs, furniture with SAT TV and air-conditioning.
Balconies: Downstairs is a covered
terrace 5x2m, with view over the pool and garden.
Upstairs are two balconies with access through the bedrooms.
Storage: Hot-water boiler,
washing-machine, garden furniture.
Pool & garden: Large
communal pool and for the children a smaller one, surrounded
with a nice garden of palm trees.
