This
holiday-complex of apartments, bungalows and duplex-houses
is situated on
Urbanization Dona Pepa I, Ciudad Quesada. This is a very nice and
green cosy holiday-complex with palm-trees (please look at the
pictures). The special designed pool in the middle of a
landscaped garden is a really beautiful, quiet and a relaxing
environment to stay and spend your holiday. In the backyard
you have views over the orange grove.
- The local water-park from Ciudad Quesada is 4 km (5 min drive),
and the one in Torrevieja 14 km (10-15 min drive).
- The golf-course La Marquesa is 6 km (10 min drive)
from the villa.
Bedrooms: The master
bedroom is provided with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and
has access to the outside balcony.
The second bedroom is provided with 2 twin beds, built-in
wardrobes, and has access to the outside balcony.
Both bedrooms are provided with
ceiling-fans for use during the hot summer nights,
Bathrooms: Spacious bathroom with a corner bath, toilet,
and bathroom furniture. Downstairs is another bathroom
with a toilet, shower and sink.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric
cooker, cooker hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, automatic coffee maker, toaster,
deep fry pan, kettle, etc...
Living room: Is very well
furnished with beautiful furniture, table with 6 chairs, 2
seater leather sofa and a 3 seater leather sofa, SAT TV, DVD, Hi-Fi.
Air-conditioning.
Storage: Washing machine, electric boiler ,
garden furniture, sun-beds, etc...
Terrace and pool: There is a
covered terrace on the frontside of the house, (5x2m) big from
where you can enjoy the view over the specially designed pool and
landscaped garden. The other two terraces are on the first floor
and are not covered. There is also a children's pool.
Parking: The car can be parked within the
parking-area of the holiday-complex.
Electricity, water, towels, sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
