This really
beautiful holiday-complex with views over the Salt-lake of La
Mata and in
the background the sea is situated on 2 km from the Centre of
Ciudad Quesada with a lot of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets,
banks, etc. Nearby (3km) you can play golf on the local
golf-course of La Marquesa. We offer you in this nice complex a
very stylish villa where you can stay with 6 people an have an
excellent holiday.
Bedrooms: The bedroom on the
first floor is provided with a double bed, built-in wardrobes.
The other bedroom is provided with a double bed, built-in
wardrobes. The third up-stairs bedroom has a double bed, built-in
wardrobes and has access to the balcony.
Bathrooms: Downstairs shower attachment, toilet,
bidet, and upstairs a corner-bath, toilet, bidet, and a unit
with built-in sink.

Kitchen:
Window overlooking side garden, range of fitted

a 2 seated-sofa and 2 very comfortable sofa-chairs and a
dining-corner with a table and 6 chairs, SAT TV and Hi-Fi stereo,
antique closet. the room is totally open.
Storage: Washing machine, vacuum cleaner,
iron and
board.
Terrace: There are 3 terraces and the one on
the ground-floor is covered. From the upper terrace 15 m2 you
have beautiful sights over oranges-groves, the La Mata salt-lake
and in the background the sea. The third terrace is downstairs
beside the villa in the garden.
Pool: There are three pools
on different levels including an extra one for the children. This is
situated in a green environment with palm trees and benches to sit,
etc...
Extras: Alarm-system connected with a
security-central, air-conditioned, garden-furniture with
pillows, beach-furniture, parasols for outside the villa and on
the beach and there are 2 bikes available.
Parking: The car can be parked on the
street just before the villa.
