Situated between Guardamar and Torrevieja. El Raso is a new
built urbanisation. Within walking distance there are a choice
of restaurants. There are numerous golf courses in the area..
The beautiful sandy beach is a 5 minute drive. For those who
like shopping there is Habeneras - with favourites like C & A
and H & M. for children there is go carting, a safari park,
water-parks - the choice is endless. your holiday can be as
restful or as active as you wish.
Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms all air-conditioned
and all with single beds as you can see on the pictures.
Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms, one
downstairs and one upstairs. The downstairs one has a massage
bath, toilet, bidet, unit with a sink. The upstairs one has
a shower, toilet, bidet, unit with a sink.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped. Hob,
extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwascher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and
plenty cups, plates and silverware.
Living room: There is a settee, cupbourd and a
TV/DVD. There is an extendable
diningtable with six chairs.
Balconies and terraces: There is a covered balcony
in the front of the villa. all the terraces are paved. Available
are 4 sun-lounges, table and enough chairs. There is a roof-terras
as well for those who worship the sun.
Pool: Small private pool
6x3m and community pool is on 1 minute walk from the villa.
Parking: The car can be
parked on the street before the villa, or on the plot.
Electricity, water, towels, sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
