This
exclusive villa offers a nicely furnished (antiques & design)
accommodation for 4 people who will be able to enjoy it’s
secluded location in the private residential area of Dona Pepa I, Cuidad Quesada. The property has a good position and there are
excellent views of a park area and La Mata and Torrevieja salt
lakes from it’s roof terrace. It has a secure garden area with
its own pool (9x4m).
The local water-park (Ciudad Quesada) is 4 km, and the one in Torrevieja is 12 km, and the local golf-course
(La Marquesa) is 4 km distance of the
villa.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom is provided with a double bed, built-in
wardrobes, en-suite bathroom (bath, toilet, sink and unit),
The second bedroom is provided with two twin beds, built-in
wardrobes and has access to a separate bathroom.
(bath, shower, sink unit and bidet).
Both bedrooms
are air-conditioned.
Kitchen: The
kitchen is an American style kitchen with a breakfast Bar and
equipped with everything you can imagine to have a comfortable stay
during your holiday. Fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob,
extractor fan, coffee maker, water cooker, toaster, deep fat fryer, electric
juicer, microwave, kitchen robot, dishwasher, kettle, washing machine,
iron and board ...etc
Living room: one part is decorated with a 2.40 m
large table with a 1 inch thick glass top surrounded with 6
chairs of hand made iron. This table and the settee is hand
made, adapted carefully to fit into this house and
the atmosphere in it. The wooden furniture and decorations were
imported from Indonesia.....all these efforts were done to
create a home like atmosphere. All our previous tenants have
been very enthusiastic about it. They tend to say it is even
better for real than on the pictures.
Air-conditioned.
- The second dining area which is engaged with the kitchen has a
marble design dining-table with 6 wooden chairs. The exotic
teakwood stands for cosiness as well as firmness. The corner
cupboard is filled with beautiful large wine-glasses for both
Bordeaux as well as Bourgogne wines. You will also find good
pints for a cool beer. To assure a cosy evening with a good
Spanish wine there are only lights on the walls not on the
ceiling....the walls are brickwork and paint combination.
Lounge: The lounge has a cosy big settee in front
o a good-sized TV set with Satellite TV channels in Dutch,
German, French and English. There is also a DVD player a
stereo, and a built-in chimney.
Terrace:
There is a covered terrace with an excellent view over the
garden and the pool. You have a garden table and 4 chairs at
your disposal. There is also a solarium for those who have
a passion for sunbathing . From there you have a view all over the villa area of Doña Pepa and the Salt lake of La Mata...
Pool and garden:
The pool is a 9x4 m sized rectangular shaped and up to 2.00 m
deep. There are 4 sun beds with covers and a parasol. A lot of
effort was put into the landscaping of the garden...because of
all the palm trees it feels kind of exotic. The lights between
the palm trees also create a nice atmosphere in the evening. The
entire house is completely surrounded and private to guarantee a
nice undisturbed holiday.
Parking: The car can be parked on the
driveway within the plot.
Security:
The house is foreseen of a connected alarm system that
transferees any alerts to a central and all doors and windows
have security grills.
At less then 500 m of
the villa there is a beautiful 4* hotel with spa
(steam-baths and sauna, aroma therapy, massage, jaccuzi ....) in
the
same area around the hotel you will find a selection of bars and
restaurants.... at about 300 m to the other side of the villa
there are more shops and restaurants, and a good supermarket.
This villa is very
appropriate for a family of 4 or two couples who wish to enjoy a
luxurious villa for there holiday.
Electricity, water, towels, sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
