wardrobes, and has access to an en-suite bathroom.

wardrobes, and bedroom 3 is provided with two twin beds
and built-in wardrobes. Both have access to a separate
bathroom. All the bedrooms are
air-conditioned.
Kitchen:
The Kitchen is completely equipped with fridge-freezer and hob,
oven, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, electric table grill,
washing machine, dishwasher, deep fry pan, electric juicer, etc.
Living room:
The living room is spacious, with a 3 piece sofa comprising of one three seater,
one two seater and armchair. There is air-conditioning
and SAT TV. (Astra - Hot bird - digital), Sony Hi-fi stereo,
compact disk, air-conditioning and electric fireplace.
Pools and terraces:
The heated kidney shaped pool is 9 x 4 m with a neck massage shower (waterproof
remote controlled). There is an extensive tiled area around the pool for sunbathing
and barbecuing...... Garden furniture and sun beds are
available. There are two spacious covered balconies. One
with a table and
six chairs, and one on the first floor from where
you have a beautiful view over the area and the salt lake of La
Mata. BBQ is available.
Parking: The car can be parked on the
driveway on the plot.
Security:
Alarm-system is connected with the alarm-central.
All doors and windows are secured with security-grills.
Electricity, Water, Towels, Sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
