bedrooms are provided with double beds, built-in wardrobes, and
the other with
twin beds, built-in wardrobes, and have access to a separate
bathroom. All the bedrooms are air-condtioned.
Kitchen:
The Kitchen is completely equipped with
fridge-freezer, hob, oven, extractor, coffee maker, toaster,
micwawave, washing machine, ect.
Living room: The
living room is spacious, the settee is a set of one three-seater,
one two-seater, air-conditioning, SAT TV
(English), Hi-Fi and DVD player.
Pools and terraces: There is a covered terrace
overlooking the pool and garden. The pool is 8x4m
rectangular shaped and surrounded by a nicely landscaped
garden.
From the roof terrace you have
beautiful views over the green zone in front of the villa and
over the area to the salt lakes of La Mata and Torrevieja.
Parking: The car can be
parked on the driveway within the plot.
Security: All the doors and
windows are secured with safety-grills and there is a safe
available for use.
Electricity, water, towels, sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
