This villa

Atalaya Park, Benijófar, within the Costa Blanca and is a very good

Open american kitchen with everything you need to feel
comfortable, fridge-freezer, hob, oven, extractor, coffee maker, toaster,
microwave, iron and board, washing machine, dish-washer, etc.
Living-room: Dinner table
with 6 chairs, one three-seater and two one-seater-sofa settee,
SAT TV / DVD / Hi-Fi. Fireplace and air-conditioned.
Terraces-solarium: Covered
terrace near the pool with garden furniture. On the right hand
of the villa is a staircase with access to the solarium, from
where you can enjoy the area.
Garden and pool: The pool is
built in a corner (see photos) and is maintained twice a week.
Everthing is tiled around the pool, sun-beds, garden furniture,
built in BBQ. The has garden has few palm-trees to strengthen
the exoitic feeling.
Security:
Alarm-system is connected with the alarm-central.
Parking:
The car can be parked on the street in front of the villa or on
the driveway within the plot.
Avalable:
washing machine

dryer.
Electricity, water, towels, sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
