Villa Cynthia is situated in Quesada at the top of a small hill
La Fiesta, next to the natural park pine forest. The pine
forest has walkways and is set up for barbeques.
Grills are already supplied with washing facilites, etc in
the park. The nearby Centre of Ciudad Quesada has a variety of very good local restaurants (Wok, Chinese,
Italian, Thais, Indian, Spanish, etc....), shops (English butcher), supermarkets etc.
Quesada has its own waterpark and just
1000 metres from the villa over the slight hill is the local
golfcourse and country club."La Marquesa". There are also
various other golf courses within 15 to 30 minutes drive. La
Manga is just over an hour away on the new motorway. There are also
amusement parks, go-karts etc. Tennis courts are also around the
area.
There is a huge Sunday market on the Quesada/Guardamar road,
with stalls of every description, fruit, veg, food, local
delicacies, drink, wine & beer, ceramics, linen, clothes etc.
All very clean. About 10 acres, about 15000 people.
At the front there is a covered and open patio, swimming pool,
barbeque area and car parking area. Outside gates lockable, all
windows have safty grills and sliding grills for the 3 patio
doors.
There is a rear patio, plus complete roof patio overlooking all
the area next to the park and inland lake.
The local water-park (Ciudad Quesada) is 4 km, and the one in Torrevieja is 12 km, and the local golf-course
(La Marquesa) is 1 km distance of the
villa.

3 Double Bedrooms: (sleeping possible 7)
(Bedroom 1: 2 large single beds and ensuite bathroom)
(Bedroom 2: double bed)
(Bedroom 3: 2 single beds)
There is also a spare fold-down bed 3ft wide. Good enough for a
young teenager. (This could be situated in the lounge or in the
master bedroom)
2 Bathrooms (including ensuite): have a bath/shower, toilet,
wash hand basin, shaver point, etc.
Kitchen: A large kitchen complete with fridge/freezer,
cooker, hob, microwave and dishwasher: A Laundry area with
washing machine, ironing board, iron and washing lines.
Living room:
A Living room with satellite TV: (viewed from dining room)
Sofas and table with chairs.
Pools and terraces: The pool 9x5m
and enough space around the pool for sunbading (sunbeds)
Security: The Villa
is protected with a alarm system connected with an
alarm-central, and all doors and windows are secured with
security-grills.
Parking: The car can be parked on the
driveway on the plot.
Electricity, water, towels, sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
