Villa Elaine is a really
large villa that offers accommodation up to 10 people. There
is a pool of 10x5m, outside shower, toilet, BBQ area, everything
is done to offer to every holidaymaker the best service.
Once you are at the villa you don't need to use a car, as
supermarket, restaurants, pubs, banks, souvenirs-shops is at walking distance from the villa.
The local water-park (Ciudad Quesada) is 4 km, and the one in Torrevieja is 12 km distance of the villa and the golf-course
(La Marquesa) is 4 km distance.
Bedrooms: – 3 bedrooms with Air conditioning provided in each
which can also be used as heaters in the winter months. Fans
overhead and lamps are provided. Bed linen and blankets are
provided.
Bathrooms: Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom. One
bathroom shared with two bedrooms has a bath with shower, toilet
and sink. The bathroom is en suite and has a walk in shower,
sink, toilet and bidet.
All bedding is provided and changed weekly with extra blankets
provided in each room if needed. Towels are provided for use
indoors only beach/pool towels must be provided by visitors.
Kitchen: Dishwasher, microwave,
electric cooker and hob, fridge
freezer, hoover, kettle, toaster, full range of plates, cups
cutlery, glasses and pans. Fan overhead.
Lounge: – 3 piece suite, TV, DVD Player, Video Recorder. English
TV Channels and some Sky Channels, Music Player. built-in gas
fire and a portable gas fire. Fan overhead and lamps. A range of
English books, videos, music CD's and games are provided for
everyone to use.
Apartment for 4 persons.
Bedroom: Air conditioning is provided which can also be used as
a heater in winter months. Fan overhead and lamps are provided.
Bathroom: Hair dryer is provided. Walk in shower, toilet, sink
and bidet.
All bedding is provided and changed weekly with extra blankets
provided if needed. Towels are provided for use indoors only. Beach/pool towels must be provided by visitors.
Kitchen: Fridge, microwave,
cooker and hob, kettle, toaster,full range of plates, cups, cutlery, glasses and pans. Fan
overhead.
Lounge: – TV and Video recorder (Spanish TV only). Only local
channels are provided. Portable gas fire.
Garage:
Washing machine is provided with a clothes rack. A pull out
drying line is also provided on the wall outside. Ironing board
and Iron.
Sun loungers with cushions, umbrellas, toys for the pool, table
tennis table, beach chairs and a spare set golf clubs.
BBQ Area:
Kitchen area has running water and electricity. BBQ Tools are
provided for use. Ceramic Table and benches.
Pool:
Pool 10x5m, Outside pool toilet and shower. Table and chairs
provided around pool area. Wide range of loungers, Toys etc to
be used around pool are which are stored in the garage (see
above).
Electricity, water, towels, sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
