wardrobes.

There are two bathrooms available, the biggest is on
the first floor, and the smallest is on the ground floor.
Kitchen:
The kitchen
is extremely well equipped with many appliances,
fridge-freezer, hob, oven, extractor, coffee maker, toaster,
washing machine, dishwasher, deep frying pan, electric juicer,
etc...
Living room: The living room is spacious, and has one three-seater and one two-seater
settee, dining-table for 6 people, Air-conditioning, SAT TV.
Pools and terraces: The pool is an 9x4m
special shaped one with Jacuzzi for six people, there is a tiled area around it for sunbathing and barbecuing.
Garden furniture and sun-beds are available. There is one spacey
covered balcony with a table and six chairs, and a spacey
balcony on the first floor from where you have a beautiful sight
over the area and the salt lake of La Mata.
The backyard
has
another terrace with table and chairs for breakfast when the sun
rises. BBQ available.
Parking: Two cars can be parked on the
driveway
within the plot.
Security:
Alarm-system.
Extra: Sofa-bed for 2 people.
Electricity, water, towels, sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
