villa.
Bedrooms: The
master bedroom is provided with a double bed, wardrobes, with access to a
separate bathroom.
The two up-stairs bedrooms are provided with two twin-beds,
wardrobes, and both have access to an en-suite bathroom.
Both are air-conditioned and have access to the balcony with
views over pool, garden and the area.
Kitchen: The Kitchen is equipped with
fridge-freezer, hob, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, washing
machine, electric-grill, enough cutlery, etc....
Living-room: The living-room has a
corner to relax with 2 two-seater settee and two separate reading
chairs, cupboard with SAT TV, DVD. The dining-corner has a table
and chairs and air-conditioned.
Pools and terraces: The pool is 10x4m with an extra baby-pool 3x3m, a tiled area
is around the pool for sunbathing
(5x sun beds with pillows). There is a covered terrace, with
table and chairs, from where you have views over garden, pool
and playing children in the pool.
Parking possibility: You
can park the car on the driveway on the plot.
Security: Alarm-system connected with an
alarm-central, all doors and windows, downstairs are protected
with
security-grills.
Electricity, water, towels, sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
