The master bedroom is provided with a double bed, built-in
wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.
The other two bedrooms are
provided with two twin beds, built-in wardrobes, and have access
to a separate bathroom. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Kitchen: The Kitchen
is completely equipped with fridge-freezer and hob, oven,
extractor, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, washing machine,
dishwasher, enough cutlery, etc...
Living room:
The living room is spacious, the settee is a set of one three-seater,
two armchairs, SAT TV, fireplace. Air-conditioned.
Pools and terraces:
The pool is 9x4m salt-system-pool. Around the pool
everything is tiled, there are sun-beds, garden furniture, BBQ.
There is a solarium for sunbathing, from where you have sights over
the salt-lakes of La Mata and Torrevieja.
There is another covered terrace at the front side of the villa,
provided with furniture.
Parking: The car can
be parked on the driveway within the plot.
Security:
Alarm-system is conected with the a central.
Electricity, Water, Towels, Sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
