The third bedroom is provided with a double bed and built-in
wardrobes. There is a separate bathroom for the guests. All the bedrooms are
air-conditioned.
Kitchen:
The Kitchen is completely equipped with
fridge-freezer, hob, oven, extractor, coffee maker, toaster,
microwave, washing machine, etc...
Living room:
The living room is spacious, the settee is a set of two two-seaters. Dining table with six chairs, SAT TV
and
air-conditioning.
Pools and terraces:
There is a good garden area with a specially designed pool
incorporating its own fountain. Nearby there is a purpose built
barbecue area. Garden furniture and sun beds are available.
There are two spacious balconies, one is covered with a table
and six chairs, and the other is on the first floor where you
have a beautiful view over the area and the plot.
Parking:
The car can be parked under the
carport within the plot.

Sofa-bed for 2 people.
Security:
Alarm-system connected with a security-central.
Electricity, water, towels, sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
