Indian, Chinese, Irish Pub, snack bar, Pizza, kebab and fish and
chips take-away with more opening soon.
The local water-park (Ciudad Quesada) is 5 km, and the one in Torrevieja is 14 km distance of the villa and the golf-course
(La Marquesa) is 5 km distance.
Bed 1: Large airy room with double bed and A/C and heating, loads of
space for another bed or cot(local charge) and has an EN-SUITE
shower room with sink and toilet. It also has a patio door to a
balcony with views of the lake. (all beds have built-in large
double wardrobes)
Beds 2 and 3: Bed 2 has a double bed and is very large and has a/c. It also
has lots of space for a 3rd bed. Bed 3 has 2 single beds and is
smaller
Bathroom: A large room with bath, shower, bidet, sink
Kitchen:
This has all the usual appliances as well as a
dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker.
Lounge:
Very spacious with leather sofas, satelite tv with BBC 1
and 2 Itv Channel 4 sky news, movies, spanish tv, sky sports,etc,
music centre with radio/cd player (English speaking channel), DVD
player and a/c which also serves the dining room and kitchen
Dining room with seating for 6 to 8:
Open plan to lounge, but I expect all your meals will be
out at the fab. choice of very reasonable restaurants or in the
garden
Utility room:
washing machine, iron and ironing board, water heater,
space for drinks, water bottles etc
Downstairs cloakroom:
Spacious,with shower cubicle, sink and toilet
Outside: There is space to park 2 cars within the security of locked
gates in the property and plenty of space outside.
The 500m sq garden is mature and lush and there is a large
amount of patio space to sunbathe. There is a pagola for some
shade and a terrace with a blind to sit and eat under. There is
also a barbecue provided, 6 sunbeds, 10 chairs and 3 tables,
which gives a wide choice of seating arrangements.The whole
garden is screened by conifers to give seclusion.There are
outside lights to swim and dine at night.
The Pool, can be heated in winter if
requested (charge applies)
Electricity, Water, Towels, Sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
