This villa Liliane, situated at the corner of a quiet street at about
1.700 m from the Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets and close to
the centre of La Marina town with its many restaurants, bars and other facilities.

and Elche, near the Airports of Alicante (30min) and Murcia
(40min). This area in Spain offers you at adistance of only 3 km distance
wide dunes and beaches and the many facilities in Guardamar.
Bedrooms and bathrooms: There are three bedrooms
and 2 bathrooms
1). main bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom

3). twin beds with closet
Iron & iron-board available.
The en-suite bathroom has a corner bath with shower and the
other bathroom has a shower.
Terrace and Pool: on the roof terrace there is a
'mirador' where you find a large teak table and 8 chairs. The
terrace offers you a beautiful view over the fields and
countryside of San Fulgencio but it is also a special place to
have a lovely family evening meal while enjoying the beautiful
sunset.
The pool is 8x4 m (cleaned weekly) with a lot of tiled space
around it, maintenance free. Outside Shower. There are teak sun lounges and and
exterior shower, a extra sunscreen covering a width of 3.5 m and
a wooden garden-house.
There is a small veranda with built-in-closet, washer/dryer.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the
commodities, electric hob, oven, extractor, fridge-freezer, coffee
maker, toaster, microwave,
deep fry pan,
electric juicer, kettle, and plenty of cutlery etc....
Living-room: The living-room is decorated with nice
warm and modern furniture, marble tiled floors, SAT TV/DVD,
air-conditioned, heater and modern settee etc.
Parking: The car can be parked
on the street before the villa or the
driveway within
the plot.
Security: Alarm-system is connected to central and
the property has safety grills.
The property is very well maintained.
Electricity, Water, Towels, Sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
