distance of the villa.
Restaurants, pubs, banks, shops, supermarkets (Lidl, Eroski,
Cosum) etc... are all in the neighbourhood.
Bedrooms: All the 5 bedrooms are
air-conditioned. The master bedroom (double bed) on the first
floor has an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom (double bed)
has access to an extra toilet.
The 3 other bedrooms, downstairs have access to 2 bathrooms.
from these bedrooms you have access to pool and bar area.
Kitchen: The very modern dark grey
American Kitchen is completely equipped with
fridge-freezer, hob, oven, extractor, built in coffee maker,
microwave and oven, toaster, kettle,
washing machine, dishwasher, etc... Enough cutlery is also available.
Dining room and TV room:
Is situated on the first floor to have the maximum view over
pool, bar, landscape and salt-lakes. The first floor is divided
in a dining/sitting area, kitchen, winter-garden, toilet, 2
bedrooms, one of them with en-suite bathroom.
The dinning area has an extended glass table for 8 - 10 people
with 6 modern leather chairs. Access to the open kitchen with a
bar and chairs.
The seating area has 2 big leather sofas, Flat screen TV, DVD
player, Hi-Fi and the whole room is air-conditioned.
Leaving the lounge you arrive in the wintergarden, on the right
hand side you can sit and enjoy your meal on a nice round rattan
table with 6 cheirs, on the left hand side a rotan sofa, from
here you have plesant views over the pool, bar, landscape, the villa
area, salt lakes, etc...
Pool & garden:
The
pool is 10 x 5 m. Arround the pool everything is paved, which gives a
nice clean impression. There is a very nice coverd bar, more or
less your own private pub, with a bar, beertap, bar-chairs,
table and chairs, rotan furniture with pillows, TV. There is a
removable hammock, for those who like to chill and get
this relaxing tropical feeling.
From this bar you have a nice view over pool and you can keep an
eye on your children when you are drinking a nice cocktail/beer/wine
in shaddy area. Please click on the

Parking:
There are garages available for two cars and the high walls
guarantee the client a lot of privacy.
Security:
Alarm-system connected with a security-central
Electricity, water, towels, sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
