upstairs and one is downstairs and looks like a small studio.
The master bedroom has a double bed, SAT TV, built-in
wardrobes
and access to an en-suite bathroom.
The other 2 bedrooms upstairs are provided with single beds,
built-in
wardrobes,
and have access to a separate bathroom.
The 4th bathrooms is downstairs and has it's own bathroom. This
looks like a small studio.
All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Kitchen:
American kitchen, range of fitted cupboards, inset sink unit,
electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge
freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, cutlery and crockery
supplied.
Living: The dining-area is a

Terrace: The downstairs terrace is covered with views
over the pool and garden. The upstairs terrace is
open and has beautiful sights over the area.
Garden & pool: The villa has its own private
pool (8x4m) with areas around it to sunbathe and pleasant gardens. There are a lot of sun beds / garden
furniture available.
BBQ area: 4x5m BBQ and
dining area that seats 8 people, there is even an outside fridge
to keep those summer drinks cool and the covered area provides
all year round shade, (see pictures).
Available: Washing Machine.
Security: Secured with safety-grills, connected
alarm-system
Recreation room:
7ft pool table, table tennis table, and safe.
Parking: You can park the
car in front of the villa, or you can use the garage.
Electricity, water, towels, sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
