This villa Santorita is
totally furnished and has accommodation for 6 people who will be able
to enjoy the 10x5m swimming-pool within complete privacy. The villa
is situated at the end of the street (cul a saq) in the private
residential area el Pueblo bravo, Ciudad Quesada.
The property enjoys the sunshine all day long and from the covered
terrace you have a panoramic view of the pool and the garden full of
palm-trees.
The local water-park (Ciudad
Quesada) is 4 km, and the one in Torrevieja is 12 km, and the local golf-course
(La Marquesa) is 4 km distance of the
villa.
Bedrooms: The downstairs bedroom is provided with two twin
beds and built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom. Just
besides the bedroom is the second bathroom for the guests,
provided with a shower, toilet and a sink.
The master bedroom, up-stairs is provided with a double bed,
built-in wardrobes with access to an en-suite bathroom, and
to the balcony from where you have nice views over
pool, landscaped garden, and the villa area.
The other bedroom (up-stairs) is provided with two
twin-beds, built-in wardrobes and access to an en-suite
bathroom. All the bedrooms are
air-conditioned.
Kitchen: The Kitchen is completely equipped with
fridge-freezer and hob, oven, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, washing
machine, dish-washer, etc...Table with 4 chairs.
Living-room: The living-room and TV-room are
two separate rooms. The
dining-room is provided with a dining-table for six people and the
TV-room is provided with two two-seaters, access to the covered terrace. There is SAT TV
and DVD.
Pools and terraces: The
pool is 10x5m with a spacious
tiled area around it for sunbathing and barbecuing. This is all within an
environment of palm-trees, what giving the garden a nice green an exotic
feeling. Garden furniture and sun beds are
available.
Parking possibility: You
can use the garage or driveway within the plot.
Security: All doors and windows are secured with
security-grills.
Electricity, Water, Towels, Sheets
are included the price.
You can use the washing machine to do the laundry.
