The majority of our
spanish properties are located in Cuidad Quesada which has been known as an
excellent place for residential and holiday purposes for more than 30
years. We
have a large property port-folio which includes apartments, town houses
and bungalows that share communal gardens and swimming pools. We have
villas of differing sizes each with their own swimming pool and some
larger villas that have their own tennis court.
All our spanish properties are located in peaceful well planned Urbanizations
such as Dona Pepa (next to citrus fruit groves ) or La Fiesta (
next to a natural park area ) Cuidad Quesada is about 10 minutes drive
(6 km ) from the beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura and
approximately 10 km from Torrevieja. It is approximately 35 minutes
drive ( 38 km ) form Alicante International Airport, El Altet. The
airport is well served by buses, taxis and car hire companies or we can
provide you with a meet and greet service.The spanish
properties can be rented
with or without maid service.

attractions for all ages and interests. Sporting facilities including
four 18 hole golf courses, 5 full size bowling greens, several marinas,
tennis, squash, fishing, windsurfing and horse-riding are only some of
the many activities that are available within a 20 km radius of our
location. There are several safe guarded beaches that have been
recognized for their quality by the granting of a blue flag. The
European Union for Ecological Quality symbol of approval. The beaches
have facilities for water sports and sun-bathing. The sands are a
paradise for the children.
Our Urbanizations are generally surrounded by citrus fruit plantations
which are characteristic of this part of the Costa Blanca and enjoy
spectacular views of the salt lakes at La Mata and Torrevieja.
