This complex
Amparo was build in in the year 2004 and is one of the latest
holiday-complexes on Doña Pepa 2 - Ciudad Quesada. The
house we have in this complex have a nice view over the huge
pool and garden. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets are on walking
distance. This is the place to enjoy the sun and quietness.
Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms, one of them is
prepared with a doble bed, and the other with two single beds.
Both bedrooms have access to the balconys.
Badthroom: Spacious bathrooms with a corner bath, toilet,
and bathroom furniture. Downstairs is another toilet in the
bathroom under the stairs.
Livingroom: Is very good furnished with beautiful
furniture, table with 6 chairs, 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater
sofa, SAT TV, DVD.
Kitchen: Fully equiped kitchen with oven, electric
cooker, cooker hood, fridge/freezer, automatic coffe maker, toaster,
deep fryer, lemon squeezer, kettle, etc...
Storage: Washing machine, electric boiler (warm/cold),
garden furniture, sun-lounchers, etc...
Terrace: There is a covered terrace on the
frontside of the house, 5 x 2 m big from where you cn
enjoy the view over pool and garden. The other two terraces are
on the first floor and are not covered.
