This luxurious villa is very tastefully furnished and has accommodation for 6 people who will be able to enjoy the 8 x 4 m swimming-pool in complete privacy.  The villa is situated on a corner plot in the private residential area el Benimar, Rojales. The property enjoys the sunshine all day long and from the covered terrace you have a panoramic view of the mountains.

Upper floor

Bedroom: The upper floor has one large bedroom with a walk-in dressing room and large en-suite bathroom with twin basins, large corner bath and walk-in shower. The bedroom has a double bed. This room has an air conditioning unit which provides cold air in hot weather and hot air in the cooler months. Fly screens are fitted to all windows in the bedroom area.

Living room:  The living room is a large open plan design, with a dinging area; it is well furnished with leather upholstery on the two sofas, and additional small seats. The dining furniture is a modern design of glass and wrought iron. This room has an air conditioning unit which provides cold air in hot weather and hot air in the cooler months. In addition there is under floor heating for the winter months which is very effective. There is a TV, Video and DVD player as well as a CD player all with surround sound. We also have British satellite TV. Fly screens are fitted to all windows and patio door in the living-room area.

Guest Bathroom: Contains toilet and washbasin.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric fan oven, gas hob, with an extractor fan. There is a built in fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully furnished with all essential kitchen equipment, cutlery, crockery etc including poolside glassware plus an electric water purifier. A fly screen is fitted to the window in the kitchen.

Laundry Room: Has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. This is situated adjacent to the kitchen. Clothes airier, ironing board and iron. Cleaning items such as brushes etc.

Lower floor:  (has its own entrance from outside and is independent of the upper floor providing extra privacy)

Bedroom: The lower floor has two large bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with twin bed. Both bedrooms have fitted cupboards. Both bedrooms have oscillating floor fans for warm weather.

Living room: The living room is a large open area with a small kitchen at one end, comprising of a small under counter fridge/freezer, two ring hot plate, kettle and extractor fan and kitchen sink. Cupboards containing crockery. Clothes airier, ironing board and iron. There are fitted cupboards and a sofa bed which can be used as additional sleeping space. Also an oscillating floor fan for warm weather. There is a separate electric heater for additional warmth in the winter months.

Bathroom: Has a walk in shower unit with fitted doors, toilet and washbasin.

Storeroom: Contains BBQ, garden furniture etc.

Pool and Terrace: The pool is 8 x 4m with a tiled area surrounding for sunbathing and
BBQs. Garden furniture available. Well planned garden area with parking for one vehicle within the driveway.

Security:  Alarm-system.

Included: Towels and bed linen are provided, including separate towels for use by the pool. All water and electricity costs are also included.
