This villa is
located in the La Fiesta 1 part of Cuidad Quesada. The land
beyond the rear boundary of the property is a natural park area
mainly of pine trees which stretches as far as Guardamar. The
orientation of the property gives it delightful views of the
Salt lake of La Mata. This is accommodation for 6 people.
Bedrooms: This villa has 3 bedrooms of which the master
bedroom with double bed, the other room as well has a double
bed, and the other bedroom with twin beds. All the rooms are
air-conditioned (hot and cold air). There are also two
bathrooms.
Kitchen: The Kitchen is completely equipped with
fridge-freezer and hob, oven, extractor, coffee maker, toaster,
washing machine, dishwasher, chip-pan, electric juicer,
ect...The kitchen is extremely well equipped with many
appliances.
Living room: The living room is spacious, the
settee is a set of one three seater and one two-seater.
Dining-table for 6 people. There is air-conditioning and SAT TV.
Pools and terraces: The pool is an 9 x 4 m
special shaped one with Jacuzzi for six people, and with a lot
of tiled area around it for sunbathing and barbecuing......
Garden furniture and sunbeds are available. There is one spacey
covered balcony with a table and six chairs, and one spacey
balcony on the first floor from where you have a beautiful sight
over the area and the salt lake of La Mata. In the backyard is
another breakfast-terrace with table and chairs where the sun
rises. BBQ is available.
Park possibility: The car can be parked on the car park
on the plot.
