This very exotic villa with his beautiful garden en huge
pool is situated in the villa residential pueblo bravo - Ciudad
Quesada, on walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops. The
villa offers accommodation for 8 people and is just for
respectful people who love a good luxury villa. From the
terraces do you have a beautiful view to the salt lakes of
Torrevieja and La Mata.
Kitchen: The Kitchen is completely equipped with
fridge-freezer and hob, oven, extractor, coffee maker, toaster,
washing machine, ect...
Dining room and TV room:
The dining room has a table with 10 chairs, and the tv-corner
has one tree seated and a two seated as sofa. All the furniture
is from Indonesian teak. TV, hi-fi, DVD, air-condition
available.
Bedrooms: All the 4 bedrooms are provided with
air-conditioning. The master bedroom downstairs (double bed) has
his own bathroom with a round massage bath, shower. Upstairs one
of the bedrooms (double bed) has the
same massage
bath as downstairs, the other two bedrooms have access to one
separate bathroom. The fourth bedroom is provided with a sofa
bed.
Pool & garden:
The Asian garden is just fantastic with a lot of green, corners
to dinner or super or just relaxing. Garden furniture is enough
available. The pool meets 17 m long and to 3.50 m deep. For
small children is a baby pool available.
Park possibility:
On the plot is it possible to park 2 cars and the high walls
guarantee the client a lot of privacy.
