You find this beautiful holiday
villa at the corner of a quiet street at about 500 m from the
Mercadona and Lidl Supermarkets and close toe the centre of La
Marina town with its many restaurants, bars en other facilities.
The villa sleeps six persons and offers you a stay with lots of
sunshine. It is centrally situated between Guardamar, Torrevieja
and Elche, near the Airports of Alicante (30min) and Murcia
(40min). This area in Spain offers you at only 3 km distance
wide dunes and beaches and the many facillities in Guardamar.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equiped with all the
comodities, electric hob, oven,extractor, fridge-freezer, Coffee
maker, Toaster, Microwave,
fry pan,
electric juicer, kettle, and plenty of cuttlery ect....
Living-room: The livingroom is decorated with nice
warm and modern furniture, marble tiled floors, SAT TV/DVD,
Aircon, Heater and Modern settee ect...
Bedrooms and bathrooms:There are three bedrooms
and 2 bathrooms
1). main bedroom with dressingroom and en suite bathroom
1 double bed
2). double bed and closet
3). twinbeds with closet
Iron & ironboard available.
The ensuite bathroom has a corner bathtub with shower and the
other bathroom has a shower.
Terrace and Pool: on the roofterrace there is a
'mirador' where you find a large teak table and 8 chairs. The
terrace offers you a splended view over the fields and
countryside of San Fulgencio but it is also a special place to
have a lovely family evening meal while enjoying the beautiful
sunset.
The pool is 8X4 m (cleaned weekly) with a lot of tiled space
around it, maintenance free. There are teak sunlounges and an
exterior shower an extra sunscreen covering a width of 3.5 m and
a wooden garden-house.
There is a small veranda with built-in-closet, washer and dryer.
Parking: large parking possiblity on the driveway,
enclosed plott with high wall around it for privacy
Security: Alarmsystem connected to central and
safety grills
